The client purchased a house with a cottage kitchen and wanted a cooker hood and small wall units installed, problem was the units had been hand made from pine and the roof sloped at a rakish angle.
Nothing off the shelf would have done so I built from scratch and stained and distressed them to match. The cooker hood is vented to the outside world through a pipe within the mock 'chinney'
