Kitchen Remodelling

Ok remodelling might be a bit of an understatement.

Fit a 3 metre lintel above a supporting wall then remove the wall so opening up the ground floor of the house.

You can see the double layer of plasterboard. (fire protection)









Rip up the different levels of flooring and Tile with ceramics and contrasting grout.




Fit new drain outside and run to manhole. Re route sewer pipe. Rip out old kitchen. Hide ugly pipework behind units and run cooker hood vent to outside. Construct breakfast bar and mount all wall cabinets.

Rip out and replace old kitchen comprising new Cooker, Hob, Dishwasher, Washing machine, cooker hood.




Cut out wall and Fit new door and frame to lounge. (unseen here)

Tidy see, only a bit of decorating left...
